Mission and Purpose
The Alumni Service Center is dedicated to strengthening connections between the university and its alumni. Our core objectives include:
- Encouraging alumni involvement in university affairs
- Supporting students and alumni with career planning and counseling
- Promoting the professional growth of our academic community

Organizational Structure
The Center operates under the leadership of the Director, and is comprised of two main divisions:
- Alumni Services Division
- Career Counseling Division
Each division is staffed by one Section Chief and one Officer.
- Facilitate alumni association activities and events
- Maintain and update the alumni database
- Select and recognize outstanding alumni
- Support alumni in organizing class or year reunions
- Publish and distribute the alumni newsletter
- Send birthday greetings to alumni monthly
- Provide a range of support services to alumni
- Publish the online journal Guo Jiao Zhi You
- Process applications for alternative teaching certificates
- Manage teaching practice affairs under the legacy system
- Verify applicant qualifications for teaching certification
- Assist in allocating government-sponsored student placements
- Oversee repayment and service obligations for sponsored students
- Provide up-to-date career information and job resources
- Offer career planning and one-on-one counseling
- Build partnerships to expand employment opportunities

- The Alumni and Career Development Center plays a vital role in bridging the university with its graduates and in guiding students toward successful careers.

Administer matters related to the placement of government-sponsored students, including sponsorship reimbursement and completion of the required service period.

Provide employment information and career consultation services for students.

Establish career guidance mechanisms and organize a series of career development programs and activities.

Assist in the implementation of career counseling and career exploration activities.

Organize the annual university job fair.

Conduct graduate destination surveys at 1, 3, and 5 years after graduation for all academic departments.

Process applications for additional teacher certification in another subject area or added field specialization.

- Host seminars on industry trends, civil service exams, and certifications
- Organize on-campus job fairs and recruitment events
